WOW! What a car! - 2003 Lexus ES 300
By BethT - September 17 - 10:00 amMy first luxury car, and the start of a beautiful relationship. This car is outstanding. From a beautiful exterior, to a plush and more than comfortable and gorgeous interior, this car has it all. I got the black garnet color, because it was so unusual, with the black leather interior, and it is absolutely beautiful. Im hooked on Lexus quality from the car to the dealership, a fabulous experience!

the pursuit of mediocrity - 2003 Lexus ES 300
By joanna - August 11 - 2:00 amhaving bought a new 1999 es 300 that i found flawless, i traded it in on a 2003 es 300 that has brought nothing but heartache. the ride and lexus premium sound system qualities are diminished as well as the interior quiet while driving. its like a wind tunnel now. the sound systems midrange is tinny and thin while the bass booms with reverberation at normal volume. ive found no help from the dealer. my love affair with lexus is over.

Simple Pleasure - 2003 Lexus ES 300
By KiehiKen - June 18 - 10:00 amPurchased for daily commute of 120 miles. Comfortable, quiet, a true pleasure to sit in and drive. Love the Mark Levinson sound system and the GPS Nav system. Puts the enjoyment back in road trips.

ES 300 (learn to love slowly) - 2003 Lexus ES 300
By ccaveboy - May 12 - 10:00 amWhen I bought this car, I wanted a solid car that would last and age well, ride nicely and get decent mileage. I did not want an accord or camry either. I reviewed at least a dozen cars and the ES 300 was always at the top of each category. After purchasing the car I have slowly learned its little nuances and feel. I have grown to really appreciate just how solid a vehicle it is.

Ideal for wife - 2003 Lexus ES 300
By pocketsoft - May 12 - 10:00 amThe car is very comfortable, and has complete set of luxury features. Small truning radius makes it easy to park. 5 speed transmission is very smooth and responsive. Gadgets are well defined and easy to read. Low cabine noise and soft suspenssion make ride very pleasant.

Smooth and Quiet - 2003 Lexus ES 300
By jrsmithson - March 25 - 10:00 amI have owned the vehicle for six months and have 3222 mile on the meter. It is silky smooth and quiet. No wind or road noise. A little floaty on uneven roads but only minimum. Mileage on trips have been 26mpg and around town about 21mpg. Eventhough it is based on the Camry and consumer magazines say buy the Camry because of the cost. I have drove a 2003 Camry and the ES300 has nothing in common to a Camry on the road. I highly recommed this car to anyone wanting a silky smooth quiet car that get you there in style.

We like our ES - 2003 Lexus ES 300
By Romer - February 26 - 9:00 pmMy wife had never heard of the ES300 model. She had her mind set on a C class Mercedes. We test drove the C class and she was all disappointed. Took her down the street from the Mercedes to test drive the ES and it was love at first test drive. For a car that sells for under $35K, it is better equipped than some of the other MFRs that have their models for 10K more. The ride is amazingly comfortable. Everything is automatic. The seats are great and the sound system - even the base system - is awesome. The power is not great which they took care of in the ES330 model and the transmission seems to have a mind of its own. The CVT tranny takes the fun out of driving it.

My 2nd (used) ES200 - 2003 Lexus ES 300
By Lynn - November 30 - 2:10 amI bought this car after my 1994 ES300 transmission quit going into overdrive & couldnt be fixed. But I had nearly 175K miles on that one so couldnt really complain much about that. I have not had any of the problems with the 2003 transmission that others have written about in their reviews. I did look at some other cars before getting this one - none of them compared to a Lexus. Guess the 94 spoiled me for any other car (that I can afford, lol).
